Biography
I was born in Belgrade (Yugoslavia), and I have been living in
Holland from 1993.
Being a graduate of the School for Industrial Design, I used
to work as a graphics designer in my homeland. I also studied
Art History at the University of Belgrade.
The lifestyle in Holland and the changes that I had to make in
my own life, gave me an opportunity to paint more than ever
before.
From 2002 I am a member of "Kunstkring" the artist’s community
in Capelle a/d IJssel.
In 2003 I was the first artist to receive "Luis Zagwijn" price
for my work.
In 2005 I designed the program for my students which I use as
a basic for their individual development.
In 2007 I was a member of DFBA group (Dutch Florence Biennale
Artists). Together we had exhibited in Holland before we went
to Florence. We received from the city of Florence an award
for promoting the Biennale.
I have exhibited my work in different cities mostly in Holland
on group shows or solo.
